The bag has a magnetic closure, is satin lined and the chain strap can be neatly tucked away.

Lotus Arts de Vivre strives to produce its creations from as many natural materials as possible, including even the simplest of nature’s forms, with the aim of bringing some of the elements of nature’s beauty into urban homes. The intricately handmade Gold Bag is a perfect example of Lotus Arts de Vivre's expert craftsmanship. This unusual accessory has been handmade using palm sticks, silk, pearl and gold. The palm sticks are harvested from bunches of coconuts and it can take many creative hours, and many hands to complete one bag. The palm sticks are cut in half due to their heaviness and are then applied to the shell of the handbag. Each stick is then hand sewn to the shell. Each of the sticks are lacquered and highly skilled artisans carefully apply gold leaf to the outside. The corners of each bag have been embellished in either sterling or gold gilded design which has been hand etched and the delicate pearl clasp is a stunning finishing touch to this timeless piece.
